Vinnie & Jessica

I absolutely adore shooting weddings in Duluth, and when it’s for super sweet couples like Jessica & Vinnie it’s really the icing on the cake! The venue the couple chose is simply magical! Greysolon has an enormous ballroom full of intricate, glamorous details that would make anyone walk in and be awestruck. I’ve had the privilege of photographing here several times, and it seriously never gets old. My jaw drops every time I walk in, and I always take a minute to just take in it’s beauty.

Jessica chose a stunning color palette of pale pink complimented by lush greenery that was the perfect compliment to the creams & golds of the venue. The venue also sits steps from the shores of Lake Superior, which provides the most AMAZING setting for photos. The photos we shot in the evening are some of my favorites of all time (keep scrolling to see why)! The lake is so big it feels like you’re photographing the ocean, and that’s a real win for a land-locked state!

Vinnie & Jessica tied the knot under the chandeliers of the ballroom with hundreds of their family and friends. The importance of family was a staple of the day, and it was amazing to see both families come together to celebrate the newlyweds. The day was surrounded by genuine love and happiness for the couple, and it was humbling to be a part of it. I’m so glad I was able to capture this beautiful summer wedding, and am so excited to show you some of my favorite images!
