Erik & Katie’s Summer Engagement

I seriously had THE best time at Katie & Erik’s engagement session. I knew I totally adored them the first time I met them for coffee, and I have been thrilled for their big day since then! I’ll be honest, I totally thought Erik was going to be one of those guys that was a little shy in front of the camera, but he showed up and totally killed it! He had absolutely no problem loving up on his girl, and it made me so happy! He totally adores Katie, and it’s always the best to photograph that raw emotion when it comes out naturally. I’m still obsessed with Katie’s gorgeous green dress in the tall grass and fields, and have searched for clothes that shade of green ever since! I’ve had barely any luck, but I’m still hopeful in my search! The couple will get hitched this August at Trellis in Stillwater, which is one of my favorite fairytale venues! That place is always magical to me, and I can’t wait for the big day!
